The ERPW 2026 is approaching, and we warmly invite you to be part of this important annual gathering of the radiation protection community. It is a unique opportunity to meet colleagues, exchange ideas, discuss the latest scientific developments, and shape the future of radiation protection together.

We are looking forward to welcoming a large and diverse community to make this year’s ERPW both scientifically stimulating and truly memorable.

Presenting your research is a great opportunity to showcase the important work being done in your field, receive valuable feedback, and spark meaningful discussions with experts and peers.

Registration fees

Your registration fee includes full catering throughout the event, so you can focus entirely on the scientific program and networking. From coffee breaks and lunch to our relaxed get-together, everything is taken care of to create a welcoming and interactive atmosphere for all participants.

Early Registration Deadline: 31 July 2026:

• ECR* (=reduced fee): €350 
• Regular participants: €500

*ECR=Early career researchers are defined as those working up to 5 years post PhD, or up to 5 years in a new field. Eligibility for this discount is self-assessed.

Late Registration Period: 1 August – 15 September 2026:

• All participants: €600

Please note that on-site registration will not be possible, so make sure to register in advance.
